I infrequently write reviews but I thought it was worth sharing my experience since this is the second time shipping with them cross-country.I’ll start with saying my car is a lowered 09 Subaru WRX that and doesn’t have much ground clearance, as a reference of difficulty to get shipped.These are the main reasons why I’d ship with them again:-quick and easy drop off at their terminal in Massachusetts and the second time, I had my vehicle received in California-received vehicle within reasonable time frame without any damage (besides thin layer of dust on the exterior, which is to be expected)-fair pricing-overall good customer service experience working with Kevin Wallace, Jr.

Chips was great to me. I had a last minute car shipment, so Chips got little notice from me. They notified me that since it was short notice, they would need to find space on a transporter and that could take a bit. Totally understandable. Well they knocked it out of the park because they picked it up at a local garage and got it to me on the West Coast within a week. I was actually kind of stunned when I got a call from the truck driver so quickly. Car was just as I had left it. Very easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
